At TREC, we support young people aged 16 to 25 years with a wide range of disabilities and complex needs including:

Through small group support, mentoring, and therapeutic approaches that build coping strategies, self-belief, and emotional wellbeing.
The Ridge provides learners with a bespoke curriculum offer. This includes classroom and practical sessions that have employability at the heart of it.
In preparation for everyday life after college we aim to develop each learner’s own unique journey.
